I have two complete manuals written by Silvia: Adventures in EFT and Project Sanctuary. I bought them about 3 years ago.
What I love most about them is that I can read them again and again. Every new read leads to something else resonating.

There are other manual type books that I have read once or maybe even twice, but the two by Silvia I have read many times. I do not grow tired of them. There are these little stories in them of other people's experiences and they have such a powerful effect on me. I may find them fascinating in their own right or I may find elements in them that I want to try or that make me think of something I could do in my sanctuary or tap for.

The power of Silvia's writing, in my opinion, is that it activates your own ideas.
