Q) What was it like reading it for the first time?

An eye opener! I had never even considered the fact that I can stay in my safe place for as long as I liked, use it to heal, and change the fabric of my mental reality!

Q) How have you used the Project Sanctuary approaches so far?

To release my passion for life, and to realize that change is not scary. I can do this here, so I know that I can do this in the "Hard" I am also finding that the Hard is really not that Hard! It is easy.

Q) What are the most important learnings you have derived from doing Project Sanctuary?

Expressing myself is becoming a habit and the shields are dropping daily!

Q) Do you have a favourite PS story you would like to share?

I was flying to a part of my Sanctuary that I had not been to before and found this interesting castle surrounded by water. So I decided to check it out, only to find that there were no doors or windows. Not finding a way in, I said to myself that this is my creation and I can go where I please. At that thought I just melted Through the structure. For some reason, I asked "Where is my passion?"

Then I was drawn to a room where an aspect of myself "my passion" was chained to a wall.

I released myself from the wall and allowed me to have the freedom to express himself!

That moment was ground breaking for me!
